I bought Bitcoin on Friday, January 30. Almost four weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is AWAL. I have almost 15 tickets, and they'll be in touch. Nothing.
Will they ever? Will it ever be delivered? Are they even still in operation? If they aren't fulfilling their obligations, then their ATM need to be seized to stop this blatant neglect of their obligations
Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.
I would have given it negative stars if that were an option. I tried to send some bitcoin through a BitNational ATM that did not process for 8 days. During that time I called the help number over 15 times, submitted 5 on line tickets and set up several online meetings. I still have had no response from anyone at BitNational. I have never experience such poor customer service from any company before. Stay far away from this company as not only do they not do their job effectively, but they do not respond or try to help if you have issues.

I have used BitNational for a couple of years, but for past 6 months I have had to submit tickets for ALL transactions. My last order of December 10, remains incomplete and 6 tickets have failed to obtain reaction from the company. Next action small claims court. I do not recommend utilising their (non)-services!
It’s actually a ZERO/NO STAR! (But then I’m not allowed to leave a review) I would have tried to give it .01% ~ not allowed.

I made a $10,000 cad purchase since 7 days and I have not received my usdt for 7 days. I created a support ticket, actually 2, as I was attempting communication from a different department, I sent emails, attempted phone calls; All equalling ZERO responses on 2 tickets! And attempted phone calls. They closed one ticket without replying.
They do not give any replies! And they have Not given me my purchase, nor my money refunded, despite repeated requests - for either one!
Coming here is the last step I am taking before filling a report to the FINTRAC.
This type of company should not be allowed to operate in Canada.

Had an account with bitnatioal few years back. They decided to close that part of the business. Contacted them with a wallet to transfer my coins and never recieved my coins or money. Total unprofessional company, pathetic support they never reply, no phone number to contact them. I have emails going back and forth and then it stopped. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY.
