I've been a customer of Bitonic for years, and I've never found a site selling Bitcoin with such competitive prices. There are very few transaction fees. On top of that, the customer service is fast and friendly. I would never buy my Bitcoin anywhere else.

Pure scam company nowadays. Bitonic used to be a great exchange service where you could buy and sell and withdraw Bitcoin instantly but since 2026 has become a total nightmare. The last few times I tried to buy and withdraw funds here as it is the only Dutch company of its kind it inexplicably took up to 4-5 full days and when contacted the customer service gave some nonsense about having to check the transaction due to "regulations" which was a lie as I've been a verified user there for over 10 years now and my transactions were neither unusual or even large by any stretch of the imagination.

It would not surprise me in the least if they are now simply gambling with customer funds while they leave those customers in limbo without any explanation whatsoever, or just like to wait for better prices to execute after the user has submitted their buy or sell order while the order itself remains "pending review".

This makes the entire site and service entirely unusable as it is customary and expected of Bitcoin exchanges to transact near-instantaneously where "blocktime" should be the bulk of the processing time, and not imaginary "manual review to comply with regulation". I have had instances at other exchanges where it took an hour or even more, but never days like Bitonic takes now.

My experiences tell me to avoid Bitonic at all costs and take my transactions elsewhere and I'd advise anyone to do the same. It's no exaggeration to say their screwups have cost me everything in lost opportunity cost and they have never, not once, given ANY indication on their website that they'd be taking full days to process simple transactions, or might as well have been on holiday in Ibiza or the Bahamas for all I know. They absolutely do not care for their customers or their business in the slightest. Caveat emptor.

What a very, very great support department this company has!! In 2027 I bought here bitcoins in 2023 I transfer it to Coinbase. December 2025 Coinbase updated the app (Base app) to a more "chat like" app. With that my bitcoins were gone. They couldn't help me. After restoring the app and using the restore phrase still no bitcoins. So there was nothing Coiunbase could do for me. It was Marc from Bitonic that had the patience and even helpt me on the Coinbase app! He found a remark that the bitcoins are only visual in an older version of the Base app. And now the bitcoins are back (and safe at Bitonic!!!)

This company has made nothing but promises to pay, but they never do. I have lost thousands of dollars. Now the associate I have been dealing with is currently in the hospital. I understand that. But to suddenly go silent when today was the actual day I was due to be paid out. I am extremely frustrated. This money was my future and it was to help me heal from a stroke.

I used 2 phones to buy crypto and lost it all.

What happens is, i copy my wallets address (which is one my first phone) and send it to my second phone, on my second phone i copy it, i paste it into the "buy bitcoin" form. I double check to see if its my address and it is. I press on buy and it says "we have sent your bitcoins" on a mail. i check the mail and what do i see, the system sent it to the wrong address.

I have tried contacting multiple times and got no luck. I dont know who's wallet it got sent to because my phone cannot just put a random address on it.

They took my bitcoin and then refused to pay me because some of it was originally bought by my mother. They want a death certificate and a document of inheritance. I wouldn't mind the request for documents if they hadn't demanded them after they took my bitcoin.
But they had to follow (extreme) Dutch anti-money-laundering rules. However, their lack of information up front, or when they refused to pay me, was woeful. But they responded well to my queries and I eventually got my money.

When I moved from the Netherlands to Bulgaria and tried to sell my BTC, they never informed me that Bulgaria is on some "risky" list. Instead they wasted my time! I had several emails and calls with them only to hear that everything is fine but my transactions were every time declined after 12+ hours of waiting. This took 2 weeks! the BTC went down 7k! They cost me money!

Timely, well informed and complete response to my service request. One of the best I've every had from Leonard.

THIS COMPANY THEY NEVER SEND BITCOIN IF YOU SEND THEM MONEY THEY WILL HOLD AND USE YOUR MONEY TO MAKE MONEY . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ALL SCAMMERS

One of last Bitcoin-only company's which follows the true Bitcoin spirit, very hard to find these days. True OGs, respect!

Over the years used a lot and never a bad experience, and always got support when needed. I would definitely recommend them!

DONT USE BITONIC ITS A SHAME THAT THEY PUT UP SUCH A BAD SHADY SERVICE NOTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD BE THE COMPANYS OWNERS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO JAIL !

They took my bitcoin and then put the money "transfer" on hold to be checked by an employee. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY TO PAY OUT EVEN WITH AN URGENT FEE. they're a bunch of thieves and scammers

Manual verification is taking forever, I have contacted them three times over the course of three weeks to ask for verification. Each time they respond with "It should be done tomorrow or the day after", it's been three weeks, yet they keep lying to my face.
If they are willing to lie to people like this, you should not trust them with your money.

I am not sure why people here write it is a scam? I have never had issues with them 😊 very satisfied both receiving and sending Bitcoin , all good. thank you

they give me hard time. i try to buy bitcoin for my granson, but they blockeren me.

they did not let me buy bitcoin. i went to other companies.
