2 times now I have gotten the green button to claim a referral bonus when I touch the chest box that comes up at the bottom left of the screen. It is the second claim button in the list of possible things to claim. And when I contacted both the chat and customer service number I'm told that I can't receive my referral bonus without the email address of the person that used my link. Well in my case this is virtually impossible since I added my referral code to a site that is for just that a place where you can add all your referral codes and you get l points towards various l rewards. It doesn't keep track of who looked at or used any codes. Plus I have shared it on my fb page and some other pages as well. On my first bonus i was able to provide all info since it was my daughter and then since they arent expecting for you to have all of the info they just simply say that the person didnt use your code when they registered which i knew was bs because i assited my daughter because she was having a hard time finding the right box to enter my code without getting an error becsuse she was trying to enter it in the promo code box above the referral box. When entered in correct box she was able to advance to the next page and finish registration. And when she made her qualifying deposit she got the notification and then let me know when she was told that I would have to request the bonuses and then they tell her she didn't use s code after I provided requested info.
But after the second time of being cheated out of bonus points that there system obviously has picked up that I am entitled to. I went back and read the terms and conditions for the app itself as well as the referral bonus requirements page and referral bonus how to claim and anything else that has to do with them honoring there own promotion on referral bonuses and there is no mention in any of these sections that says we need to be able to provide the email address or ID number, receipt number, the platform that was played or the amount,or date, that the referred person used or received when the qualifying transaction was finalized. And bitplay is using this as a way of depriving both the person referring and the referred person from receiving the credits that they are by all means entitled to and should receive without delay especially if the operating system can recognize and notify a player that it needs to be claimed. I can imagine the amount they have managed to keep in there bank account by not paying these bonuses and wouldn't be shocked if they are the next online gaming site to face a class action lawsuit just like Chumba or luckyland. And it's sad that we have to go that route to get what we are entitled to based on there own advertisement and promotions. Come on bitplay all I want is for you to do what you say you will do for referrals. I did my part referred and used my code and should of received a bonus 2 times. If you don't want to pay out referral bonuses then quit advertising that you do.
