Malware and corrupted files will usually be rejected and unable to download. Errors sometimes occur with the service, customer support resolves matters, but it can take several days.

Users report that downloads sometimes get stuck at 100% before moving to the cloud, or get stuck at 100% and then reject or give an error. This is supposedly when the virus scanner initiates. Therefore, the error is likely due to the virus scanner encountering malware in the torrent.

Seeding is typically only for 24 hours unless an alternative arrangement is made with customer support. I wouldn't recommend for private trackers, but if you were using private trackers, you wouldn't be as interested in antivirus software. Users are not permitted to share links to their bitport HPPS directory or the like, but there is an option for users to sync automatically to Google Drive for sharing.

Overall a great service so far, no complaints.

Unable to log in. No response from company.

Bitport has always been good to me, and I have been a customer for about 4+ years. They were recently in development with a new platform, and you could access both while only paying one subscription. That has changed because they have combined the platforms/domains. Anyway, I'm just saying they made sure to work outside the OG platform until they were ready to merge domains. I've not had too much experience with customer service, but from what I've experienced, it has been good.

They are disabling free usage until you choose a paid plan. This started a few weeks ago and hasn't stopped.

The captcha doesn't work anymore. It keeps saying "The captcha was not entered correctly!"

used to be good but not recently lots of files fail and you get an error message. Subscribed for years sad to see how its failing.

The promise is to allow 1GB, but if anything goes wrong on their side and no download happens at all, they deny any more attempts for the day. I will not trust my money for this kind of bait and switch treatment.

Have been using them since 2018. Much better than VPN. They have a SSL download as well. Highly recommend them.

It does not fkn work I copy the link from pirate bay for ex and I paste it and I press add torrent new torrent but it says failed to add torrent omg what is this bs I pay for

The service works properly and very comfortable to use. But I wanted to talk about the support, it has been attentive, fast and resolutive. Very professional

Subtitles don't work properly slow to develop loads of options really buggy avoid like the plague

Been with bitport for a few years, they've always been pretty good. Lately the speed has been abysmal, lucky to get 500k per download. Not good but I can cope with that for a small file, you try downloading 10gb at that speed and it's hopeless.
If this continues I won't be signing up for another year. I'm now trying Seedr to see if they're more reliable.

They've done a great job at addressing any issues I've had, and coming up with solutions that are specific to the issue (and often times, they go a little bit above and beyond).

Not working like before, and increased price ... trash

Previously I used seedr, but this time I choose bitport. Ive taken 100gb plan, I basically taken this for downloading torrents. I think instead of this, utorrent gives better speed. 850 rs unnecessarily wasted. Worst service. I think its same as seedr. But seedr is far more better than this

Didn’t want an auto-renew, contacted them to ask they refund me. Haven’t used the service for months. They refused. Steer clear, thieving scum.

Unfortunately ‘auto renew’ was selected, so they automatically renewed my subscription for a year, even though I haven’t used Bitport in 9-10 months. I contacted Bitport the same day, but they didn’t want to do a refund, which I find not customer friendly.
