Good service

I bought a voucher for Bitsa, but after reading the reviews I was skeptical and was ready to lose my money in any case. However, it all worked out well! The support responded quickly. I could use my voucher and transfer money without a problem!
Giving 4 stars for the app, in the verification process can be improved. The selfie photo was taken as soon as it detected a face. If it allows to click the photo button it would be better I think. The verification failed first, but after some time it was successful. So it was a bit confusing.

I payed 2 times with a voyeur 15€ and they never arrived. Then I decided to pay 50€ with ApplePay. And they didn’t arrive as well. So I decided to contact them. That’s their answer: “ Hello
Applepay is a blocked service until the next update due early next month.”
My question is why do u still keep Apple Pay as an option if it’s not working?

Hello!

I think there is some confusion, ApplePay was deactivated at that time for payments at merchants, but if you recharge your card through ApplePay there is no problem and it has been functional for two years. If your issue has not been resolved please contact support again as it was 100% a misunderstanding.

Hello Jaro!

We are sorry for your experience, in recent days we have improved some features such as the error messages, in this case the messages are now displayed in English by default due to a change made by Pecunpay, the issuing bank.

Worst company ever without being a scammer so 0% of getting money back

Oh oh oh were to start. I wanted to buy one product from a website that doesn’t accept anything else except credit card or visa. So I looked something up and found out pre paid Visa cards. The product was around €70 so the only available option was a €100 voucher. The next thing was HELL. I downloaded the app and everything was in Spanish. I needed to translate every single sentence. Ok so the next thing you need to verify yourself with your passport or id card! I don’t like to give my id to a company but I did it because I really wanted this product. Turns out you can’t use your driver license. Nonsense of course so I needed to wait a day. Came up with my passport eventually only to find out 10 errors. This is not good that is not good. Finally I got in the app. Just to find out I can’t use the virtual card. They said I need to verify again but there was no possible way to do that in the app. Ok so they sended me a link. First the picture wasn’t good than it was too close than too far than to big of a file. After 3 days I finally could enter the virtual card. Than my phone number needs to verify. Every password I could imagine wasn’t good (everything in Spanish again). Finally a simple password worked after 30 minutes. Just to do the same 3 times in a row. I was in after so many days and could fill in my voucher. I got my own €100. I tried to buy the product as fast as I could just to find out it is sold out. Everything for nothing. I am furious this company made sure to make the app as consumer unfriendly as possible. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER do this with this company. The worst part is they aren’t even scammers. I mean if they are scammers they just had my €100 and I tried to get it back. Now I have nothing. Just €100 on a useless app without a chance to get my original €100 back. And they even tried a scammer just thinks like yes I don’t care I won’t react or try to help. This company actually tried.

Regarding the driving license by regulation is not valid for identification in banking processes, only the ID, Passport or Residence Document is valid.

If you have €100 on your card, remember that you can withdraw it, for example by bank transfer.

Bitsa is a bad company

Bitsa is a bad company. They have a shared IBAN. In order for one to top-up by bank transfer he/she has to write a Concept at reference. I sent 2 EUR that arrived at them in 21 minutes. They immediately should have sent the money to my account but they didn't. I had to ask them why. They answered that they need extra 48-72 hours, which is not in their T&C, recognizing also that the money are there. It's like saying that, if the money arrive to them from the sending bank in 72 hours they need in total 144 hours, which is not advertised. For this lie I deleted my account, but now they make delay in sending my money back. The transfer shows completed, but they make themselves not seeing what is obviously before their eyes.
They are this kind of people that are like giving themselves fists in their own heads: for their pride they are capable to let Bitsa fall down for my 2 EUR, for example. They know that we can write bad reviews and also write to the Institutions above them but they better keep their pride in vain. They know that they already have a bad score but continue to do bad things. Since they can use our money during delay they should pay us an interest.
Hopefully the Institution that gave them authorization reads this and controls them and Bitsa learns from this with tears in their eyes.

Hello Emil,

We are sorry for your bad experience, as you will see the IBAN where you send the money escapes out of the Bitsa flow, that is to say Pecunpay does it and the deposit is also validated by Pecunpay which is the issuing bank, that does not exempt you from criticizing us, we understand it and we try to improve it (when showing the IBAN of the deposit we already put that it can take from 48 to 72h because we know how long it takes Pecunpay to validate it...).

From the 6th of March each user will have their own IBAN so this problem will not happen again.

Once again we apologise.

I live in EU and made 3 payments + 1 refund in ISK currency , wherefore the fee is 1,75% on top of the amount. Bitsa have over charched me 3 times and refunded me less then they should. They owne me € 15,29. So no I would no recommend to get Bitsa, rather get a Visa which is free the first year and they don’t robb you from your money.
Update: I have adressed my issue with customer services and they blame it on the bank of the other side with no proof at all. I don’t believe it at all because the amound of payment and the amount of refund have such a big difference and they wont provide proof of it and on the receipt of the payments I dont see any extra costs. So be aware people.

I DON'T RECOMEND BITSA

I bought a voucher long ago and I had problems creating my card because the service is fast but not very clear (bad). Now I finally could make a card and I just transfered the money to an IBAN account, I investigated if it was a reliable webpage because with your DNI and your IBAN number they can stole your money from the bank but I think is safe. Anyways, if the money doesn't arrive or theres a big problem I will notify here (Update :my money arrived). I recomend not using bitsa because the service is bad but I don't really think It's a scam because one of the owners of bitsa it's the general manager of Spain in Binance, a reliable page.
