Registration key is wrong. Contacting connection is sometimes difficult.

Actually Key does work but it's not the required version (standard instead of pro)

After the standard key was delivered, even though I ordered and paid for the Pro Key, we are currently in the process of clarifying the matter. To be continued.

Update 3:
YTSaver /bitsdujour are of the opinion that the standard version was offered even though no standard version is sold; the only offer clearly refers to the Pro version. The sale takes place via several instances: The YT Saver program is sold via the software shop. If you click on “buy,” you are redirected to bitsdujour. Although the software shop advertises the Pro version, YTSaver and bitsdujour believe that the standard version is ultimately sold. Due to this deception, I must unfortunately reduce my rating to the original 1 star. I regret this, as I have had good experiences as a long-time customer.

I bought Pazu Video cutter to trim AVI files,from Bits Du Jour, which the blurb says it will do, but it does not. Asked for help from Pazu and was told that function would be included in a future update.
I asked for a refund, but was told to get the refund from Bits Du Jour.
I looked at the Bits Du Jour website and it says they don't do refunds and say the programme maker should do that.
Went back to Pazusoft and told them this and get no reply.
Went back to Bits Du Jour and contacted them but they don't reply.
DON'T buy anything from this company !

Only after escalation to payment provider intervention was the licence key furnished, without any accompanying explanation or acknowledgement of the service failure. This disappointing handling of a straightforward transaction raises significant questions about the company's commitment to customer service and its reliability as a software retailer.

I have been buying software from them for three plus years. I have never had a major issue. The few times I have had to contact customer support, they have responded quickly and provided the help/information I needed. I highly recommend them.

I've bought software and received trials as well as free apps from this company for years. I've never had a problem with licensing or found anything with their offers being anything but accurately described. Solid & legitimate as far as I'm concerned. Custom Service has been very prompt also.
