Binance Futures only
The DCA futures bot only supports the Binance exchange. I feel tricked. This information is nowhere to be found in their website. As a dutch citizen I cant use Binance.
Update: I got a full refund. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic customer service! I got answers to questions about using the platform, what bots to run, and how to run them, immediately. I'm also very pleased with my bots' performance. Since a very high-ticket trader recommended Bitsgap to me, and I trust this fellow, I can't understand the negative reviews. I assume, however, that people who lost money are blaming Bitsgap for the overall market situation with crypto currency and possibly their limited knowledge of how to use Bitsgap.

Closed my bots without permission, refuse to refund for unused subscription
I have traded through Bitsgap without problem from December 2021 to December 2022. In January 2023, they closed all of my bots WITHOUT MY APPROVAL (and my subscription was still active) during a bear market due to a technical issue. As a result, I had a -50% P&L and lost around 6k. This was terribly negligent of them.
In addition, they closed my bots only 1 month after I had renewed my subscription for 6 months, and are now refusing to refund me for the subscription when I have not used or re-opened any bots after they closed the previous one, thus showing poor ethics and customer service.

It appears that you didn't whitelist the Bitsgap IP addresses on the Kucoin exchange, which led to incorrect operation of your API keys. As a result, our team at Bitsgap reached out to you on three separate occasions via email to notify you of the extended period of disconnection from the exchange.
These communications were crucial in addressing the issue with your API keys and ensuring the continuous operation of your bots. Regrettably, after no corrective action was taken on your part, Kucoin deactivated your API keys. This immediately halted all your automations on the Bitsgap platform, and your bots were moved to the "Bot history". However, please note that any open orders remain active on the exchange.
As for your question about the subscription cancelation, our records show that you renewed your 6-month Bitsgap subscription in December, 2022, but requested a refund on May 30, 2023. Unfortunately, our terms do not permit us to cancel subscriptions and return funds one month before the subscription period ends.

I have used mostly the GRID bots, and my first test was a resounding loss, but have since ground out some profits. Using about $1800 in trade capital.
I would say it looks like a challenge to make enough profits in a month to make back the $55 or $199 a month fees unless you use substantially more trade capital. I am on the fence right now. Good customer support. Need a take profit in all 3 plans and need a limit price to enter a GRID.

They change things all the time without any regard for their users. As long as it covers their back they are good. How? They make it so hard for people to figure out whether they are making profits or not. Because if you are not, you might stop! So, they make it tough. By the time you learn and purchase courses on how to read the complex thing, surprise surprise, they change everything and you're left in the dark!
BE careful. They are a cowboy company from East Europe. They enjoy a big name and no law that governs their outlandish behaviour.

It's ok for trading BUT...
It's good for trading, then one day they change everything because the markets are down. The reason for this is because they don't want you to track data properly and suspend your trading. Thugs from East Europe run the platform without any regards to customer loyalty. Accounts are closed without notice if your subscription expires. No reminders to tell you that you are approaching its end!
