Very eloquent Customer Service. Kudos!

I love the service and one of the things that REALLY stands out for me is the customer service. I have been using bitsgap for over 2 years and have maxed out my account. Once you set it up, it becomes super easy to work and so far I have NEVER had a single issue with reporting, affiliate payouts, customer service or accuracy of reporting. I give 5 stars!

UPDATED REVIEW (1/11/22): After a few weeks of frustration and time wasted trying to work with a poor update of Bitsgap that removed one of the most useful and easily understandable metrics, and after much pressure from unhappy users, Bitsgap have thankfully reversed their decision to remove the average daily percentage metric. I’m still baffled why anyone thought removing this was a good idea, but it’s great to have a company that is prepared to listen and act on the feedback of its users.

Now we have this metric back, I can put away my calculator and spreadsheet, and go back to spending less time on the platform to take in all the information I need to be able to adequately review my bot performance. And now we have our great average daily % metric back, I’ve now noticed how good the other improvements to the Bitsgap interface are. For me they work hand in hand with the average daily % and give me a better indication of continued bot performance, which is essential to ensure you’re not making mistakes with your investment.

I still feel improvements could be made, especially when you go into the statistics window for any bot, the wording for each value isn’t obvious, so I find it hard to understand at a glance, and usually give up trying to work out what each value represents. I’d love to be able to understand every metric as I’m sure that would be beneficial, so I guess I just need to put time aside to learn and remember everything, but I do think the wording could be improved so it would be more obvious.

One other thing that’s missing is the ability to be able to set a date range, so the metrics show for a set period only. This would allow you to see bot performance for a shorter period of time, such as a few days, a week, month, etc. The strange thing is you can do this with closed bots, but not ones that are running. So I hope this is something that can be added to a future update.

Overall: it’s a great platform. With a few improvements to the metrics this could be a 5-star app. And to the Bitsgap team, thank you so much for listening to the users!

Bitsgap is a fraud. My honest opinion is that Bitsgap has a contract with the Exchange and earns depending on the transaction commissions. I invested a good amount of money with them with different Bots and different coins and after 5 months of trading it turned out that I didn't have won absolutely nothing (winnings were 0)
Mainly the bot shows you that you have won and after you close it you see that the truth is different (the amounts are different)
In my opinion, they use the same system as the betting houses (they earn from the commissions of the customers)
As a result, if I kept the coins without using any Bot, I had a much higher profit
It's not worth the effort to complicate things
My honest opinion is, invest $1000, wait a month and then do the calculations (if the percentage of the coin that went up + the Bot profit is correct) then invest

Platform is great, very intuitive and easy to learn.

Customer service isn't great. I've had 3 issues over the past 6 months and they haven't really cared or offered great solutions in any of those situations. Pretty disappointing.

Great platform and user interface. For crypto bots it is perfect and has all the set points and functions you need. The trading interface is also very good and I find myself trading in bitsgap more than on my exchanges for simple long positions. It is really easy to set stop loss and take profit on the positions. For me the customer service has been super fast and right on. I am very happy with the service, well worth the price.

Im a new user since last year say Oct 2021 but not done any trading as yet but completed a paid for course that uses Bitsgap is how I came into crypto and trading knowledge.

Im running in DEMO 3 new bots to see based on Sbot and DCA 1 using Binance and the other Kucoin with around $2000 - $3000 but for me I wish to put betwen £500-£1000 as my affordable amount and get the the £3000 figures.

im just taking it slow to understand but its trial and error with the Bitsgap DEMO.

Love Bitsgap, I have been using it for 9 months now, this platform is just fantastic and the Help team are super helpful - and fast! Had to ask for assistance and problem was solved very quickly.

Very responsive support team. I found the platform itself and the strategies very useful after checking out some videos on youtube and articles on the site. It was easier than expected to get connected to the exchanges via the APIs. No unexpected issues with bugs, etc. I did have one refund request which was promptly addressed.

personally i see this platform has been very stable to automate the trading grid bot. i'm having 3 accounts with different strategy developed base on the platform tool and design.

very happy with the platform itself and the support team, had helped me couple of times and acted amazingly quickly . In one case it was quite late like Friday night and I was astonished to see that they responded to my issue and actually solved the problem in half an hour .

New to the world of bots and trading, I sometimes get confused or overwhelmed and need guidance to navigate tasks. Although Bitsgap is robust and fairly intuitive, I'm really happy that the support is prompt, friendly and not too technical.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue trying to set up an exchange through the API. The amazing folks at customer service were able to provide clear direct answers with actual solutions to the problem. Even better, there is a built in help chat right on the website I can speak live to customer service if I have a question. Well done.

I had an issue with API and I when saw my total value balance was 0 dollars I get worried and didn't know what happen to my money I message the support team for help and they were very professional and the reply was quick and useful.

i wanted to cancel my auto pay and was not sure how to do that. i emailed the support department and they returned my email quickly with the instructions on how i could cancel my autopay. i like their fast response and specific instructions.

Really glad that I found the Bitsgap platform. Part of the attraction initally was using the grid bots to automate trading - especially during times when the market is meandering sideways. Since I started using Bitsgap, there have been lots of new features rolled out, including the DCA bot. It's good to see ongoing development of the platform and capable new features being deployed.
Apart from the bots, there is also a lot of value in using the Trading capabilities to manage orders across multiple exchanges from a consistent interface. It would be good to see some additional functionality in the trading part of the platform e.g. creation of template orders, TP and SL with scaled orders etc.
Overall, this is a great platform and I would recommend to others.

The easiest way for me to do grid trading. Amazing customer service and i certainly like that they keep perfecting their platform and grid bots!
