Postage was terrible
Strap was good but the delivery was terrible, ordered on Monday did not get it until Saturday and that was 1st class. If you are not in a hurry for your parcel I would recommend.

The strap didn’t fit on the Fitbit…
The strap didn’t fit on the Fitbit properly and I ended up breaking the Fitbit trying to get it to stay attached. However I did receive a full refund and really quick response to my complaint.

Fitbit versa 3 strap
Arrived in excellent condition however after the first use, the pop button on the strap came away from the main strap. I realise this is detachable as majority of straps have a solid button but every time I put it on and try to unfasten it the button pops off and it’s not the easiest to put back in again as it’s quite fidgety. Strap is solid construction so I don’t see the point of keeping the tab button separate. Not the most flexible strap either but would assume it would move more the more frequent it is used. Otherwise good value for money but shame the construction lets it down.

Excellent products and customer service
Fast delivery and the product looks nice. Wore it only for a day now so can't say much about durability yet, but looks sturdy, feels heavy, and is very well made.
On the other half, one big positive comment for the team. I accidentally ordered it at my address in another country and noticed it only for some time after and emailed them. They responded within minutes and changed the address with no problem. Thank you guys one more time!
