It has provided good service, and they informed me that one of the two straps I have ordered for, was faulty and so they can dispatch only one with the choice of full or partial refund. Their response to email was good too. But their tracking service using the app "stores" was not user friendly

A lovely
A lovely, well made strap. I went for the silver mesh strap which is everything it needs to be. Stylish and comfortable. It really does turn my fitbit into what looks like a realy watch. Unfortunately, the strap cannot be disconnected without risk to snapping the connectors on the edge of the module. I think you should sell the straps with an applicator to remove them when needed. That way you'll save people from ruining their fitbits without blaming you.
