They are not legit wallet..they just charge fees and hold your money hostage

I deposited 5 mil in USDT and i was told to put in 1.5 ETH for gas fees to transfer it out to my other wallet. Once i paid that they came back and said i need an additional 3 ETH for gas fees...I paid that and the attempted to transfer my USDT. Then they said i needed another 5.5 ETH and promised on writing i would not need anymore fees. However when i paid the 5.5 ETH and tried to move 2 mil USDT...they said it was my fault and i needed another 6 ETH....when i told them to cancel my transaction and allow me to move my USDT..and refund my ETH....the platform will not let you move your own money nor will they refund my ETH....i believe they are not a legit wallet. They said they had to register my transaction on a cloud network..when i asked for proof they refuse to show proof they had to register it on a cloud network....you cant trust anything they say. They just charge more and more fees to move your money and hold it hostage after telling me in writing no more fees will be charged.
