Unsure about this website ...

I heard about this great product from a friend of mine who had got it as a gift. It sounded amazing so I bought 3 different ones for each of my family members. However, 2 arrived and one of them didn't. I enquired about its whereabouts but have heard nothing back from them. Even though they have sent a couple of emails in the past they've, they've not replied to my enquiries for over a week 😔 They said to notify them if the product hasnt arrived but as yet no reply from them even though they said the item had been sent on the 28th July. I have a feeling I will not be seeing this item or a refund again 😔
