They were attacked by Russian hackers in 2026 and had to rebrand from BitVotax to BitVortax. ** The standard crypto broker fee has to be paid to make withdrawals. It can NOT be taken from your account like a bank does.**

9.3 Ethereum required to transfer out from my wallet. What utter crap. Seems like somebody was requested to do the same. Is there no other means of getting my money out?
Have tried chatting to the support chat that takes 3 days to reply vaguely.

I set up an account and sent 15 dollars into my account as a test to see if I could withdraw it . The site won’t let you. It will notify you that your withdrawal has been processed but nothing happens.
