I swapped BTC to ETH with the tool on the site of MEW, after 3 days still nothing happened. My BTC wallet is empty, and received none ETH.

Placed an order to bity.com using myetherwallet.com and placed an order to exchange 0.3 bitcoin to ether. I have sent bitcoins to their given address but after few minutes i can see that order cancelled. I have sent multiple emails to their support team but no response. Seems like a scam. Now its more than 2 days but still no response
Update: after 5 days i got my ethereum along with the apology from their team that their was some technical error and support team was too busy. I m updating my review to 4 star . only 4 because of delayed response from their team. Otherwise the site services are perfect.

I registered, provided all the necessary documentation, bought some bitcoins and waited.....and waited....never recieved my bitcoins, and they never responded on my emails. I had to cancel my order. It was a waste of time.
