I was deceived by this company. I bought and didn't receive my product. On the website the information appears that my address is incorrect, but correct. There's not even a phone to complain. Bad company, don't buy!

I wish i have read these reviews before playing an order with them.
Like the others, the status of my order did not change passed the planned delivery date.
The online form is the only way to contact them and it doesn't work...
So yep big scam. Don't order.

🖕So So Bad Bad company. Company deceit the company. Ordered on April 14th, the company said it will deliver from April 19 to 21, but did not see anything. No delivery, no phone number to contact.When chatting online, staff don't talk. They also force me to pay extra to join the group to answer customer questions.😡😡😡

After 2 months no delivery. Paid by ordering :-o It was still 'processing' my order, when I checked today, my ordernr. doesn't exist???? This is fraud!!! Don't order here!! You also can't reach them, so bye bye money :-(

With the super fast delivery of websites like Amazon, you would think that other sites would be able to do the same. Was I in for a surprise when I ordered on Buiky!

I really needed a hair product quickly and I chose 24-hour shipping and paid extra for it as well, so I was expecting the package to be delivered within 24 hours. On their website, they write if you order before 12:00 your order will be processed the same day. Let me tell you how this went for me.

Sunday evening 20:00 and I decide well since they seem to process orders fairly quickly with express shipping, I will pay for the extra shipping cost and expect my package to be processed on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday. So what happens?

On Monday 6:05 my package gets the status 'Processing'. But after that time goes by, it turns 12:00 o' clock. Nothing changed. I begin to worry. By now the day went by and the status never changed. It seems like it is stuck on processing. So far their promise of 'Fast Shipping' isn't quite accurate.

Of course, I am annoyed at this point and I want to contact the company. This is about the same experience as trying to solve a very complex mathematical problem without a calculator. It seems almost impossible. Yes, they have a contact form, but of course, it's really hard to find. Yes, they have a phone number on their Spanish website and no they don't answer it.

I'm happy to have ordered with PayPal because if the order doesn't ship tomorrow I will make a claim with PayPal. Reading previous people's reactions it seems to work better than trying to get a refund from them yourself.

So my advice, if you want to order something from Buiky because of the price, and you don't mind the wait, go ahead and order from them. If you're in a hurry, stop here, turn around and run away from Buiky. Just don't do it.
