Ordered the Erazer XP2 for £49 on 30 Sept from this company and eventually received on 23 Oct a pair of LCD OPEN-EAR Q16 Pro which are worth less that £20. Contacted Customer Services but it has just been excuses since then and now complete silence from CS since 8 November despite chaser emails.

Complete Scam, I bought waterproof earbuds for $60CAD and it says it's being shipped, and my package is sitting in their Toronto warehouses for 10 days now. I ordered on Oct 8. To future buyers, please just order from a trusted source.

They are a scam
They are a scam, don’t make the same mistake as me and buy from them.
They send you a £15 pair off of Amazon.
The customer service is none existent, just get and email saying they’ll contact you within 2-3 working days which never happens.

No refunds.
Contacted customer service to cancel my order & refund it. My order remains paid in a "confirmed" status with no shipped product. Customer service did not confirm a cancellation or refund and no longer responds to any messages.
I've attempted to call the number on the site and it's a voice message that tells you to use email.
The phone number is listed across multiple active shops online if you search it.
