@bixdo_oralcare might be a scam, ghosted.

@bixdo_oralcare might be a scam. I made a purchase over a week ago and until today, there's no response, no reply from cs, nothing. I reached out to their dedicated CS email but am still not getting a reply. No updates on shipping, nothing. At this point, i think I am going to have to lodge a report directly with my bank for fraudulent transaction. Was so excited to try this out because they seeded so many influencers on Instagram.

Meets desired objective!

This works exactly how I had hoped. Provides a nice water flossing experience with minimal fuss and noise. I am very pleased with this product's performance. AND, it arrived in the mail less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Nice, pleasant surprise!!
