Business website of Biyu disapppeared without any announcement. On Google it says they are closed, no hours. Calling, only getting an answer from the robot. Texted today on WhatsApp, waiting for a human response. At their physical location, they have a sign saying closed.
Was locked into a multi month payment agreement and now I cannot access their website to rent, I just see the message from their provider GoDaddy but no actual BIYU website.
we rent BIYU for our business. beamers, lights, sound systems. also for cleaning up het schoolplein behind our office. its such a convenince, great quality products and friendly staff

Rented a carpet cleaner. Powerful machine with clear instructions. Very friendly personnel at Overtoom Amsterdam. Good digital and store experience. Reasonable prices! Much better than traditional rental companies 😀

Update December 2023: We are now delivering outside Amsterdam - and cover Noord, Diemen, Duivendrecht, Buitenveldert, Amstelveen, Lijnden, Badhoevedorp and a few smaller villages North of Amsterdam. I strongly recommend Biyu. I needed to rent some professional equipment for a renovation of the walls of my apartment (which usually is very costly in Amsterdam if you have it done by a contractor) and they have in their app many of the tools needed, of professional quality! That saves a lot of money because you can do simple renovation tasks (in my case, removing popcorn stucco) yourself without having to buy good quality tools (which are expensive). Also, I needed a tool that they didnt have (wall sander), I asked them and they bought it in a couple of days, so that it is available for renting. AMAZING customer service (special thanks to Frans!), solving the questions I had on the tools. 10/10!

We got our selfs a nice warm heater after finding our we would otherwise be in the cold. The app is super user friendly, we found a instant time slot and the delivery was fast. Friendly quick explanation and easy to extent the booking after finding out we needed a bit longer.

This company.... wow!
We are so happy with them.
They are very very customerfriendly and the concept of borrowing equipment instead of buying is sustaineble, which I love!
(And it saves space and money!)
We needed a woodchoppingmachine, fast, because we miscalculated how much branches the tree had.
And biyu and the people who work there delivered.
They worked around their own rules to help us. Which they did very quick!
We will be using biyu so much more often.
I first subscribed for a month, but I will definitely extend my subscription.
