I would rate it zero if I could. It took two months to receive the product. When it finally came it was such a piece of trash that I tossed it. Don’t buy from this company. Ever.

Horrible experience.
I orders a planner and paid for 3 day delivery, and product has no arrive yet it’s already 2 weeks, their response was “we will Contac the center to expedite it.
And I’m still wondering if the product is as bad as their service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
I ordered some felted animals in December and still haven’t received them more than a month later. Tracking hasn’t updated in 13 days, and customer service refused to issue a refund.
Garbage company.

Bizarre is a total scam. They will take your money and never deliver anything I ordered items about a month before Christmas and they still haven’t arrived. They keep giving me the runaround and sent me fake tracking information that goes nowhere. They basically just stole my money.

-5 stars. Ordered one item, charged for 3 different orders. Luckily I have a good bank who caught this immediately and cancelled the orders. Then I talked with the bank and they have closed my card.

Very disappointed - the «Christmas Tree»:has no semblance to the one pictured in Facebook. None.
They photographed it from a magazine or a book on a cheap plastic background. And it took nearly two months to arrive from China to New York. Just got it today and it had “visited» over 20 (twenty) towns on the way. GARBAGE, but I’m the fool who did not check the previous fools like me here.

This company blatantly uses false advertising. What you order will not be what you receive. Avoid at all costs.

I would rate a zero. Never received my order placed in April. Their "customer service" would not reply to refund request. Site is a scam!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. The items recieved were complete junk - no book, more like a cheap pamphlet that couldn't even be confirmed from a real author. It also took 2 months, way beyond the estimated time of delivery and additionally I was denied fraud claim by my credit card company, INTRUST, which i will no longer use, because it was beyond the 60 day fraud window. Now i'm out almost $90 dollars for items I bought as gifts that I'm too embarassed to give because they are crap. DO NOT buy from this fraudulent company and ditch INTRUST if you got it for not dealing with fraudulent vendors.

Never received my order. Like other reviewers, was charged more that I was supposed to be charged. They refunded the difference fairly quickly. After 4 weeks I enquired about my order and they sent a link for 17 Track with a tracking number. When I checked the status on June 16, 2025, it reported the item was in transit from the last hub in Texas. So, I reached out to them again to enquire and they responded 2 days later saying the item was delivered to my mailbox on 5/29/25. I checked 17 Track and sure enough, that is what it reported. Bizartre instructed me to go to my local post office with the tracking number. The post office personnel said that the tracking number wasn't even a valid US postal tracking number. I checked 17 Track today and now it is back to saying the item is in transit from JFK since 5/27/25.

Order placed in April 2025 and all i have is a bunch of automated reply emails that blatantly ignore me.

I think they are a scam. First they charged my credit card for more than they invoiced me for. When I contacted them they apologized and refunded the difference. Next my order never arrived and their tracking info I think was all fake. I wasn't too worried because I could always contest the charges. After six weeks of waiting I asked for a refund and they promptly credited me the full price. I am thinking they scam all the orders but if customers complain they do refund you so they won't get blacklisted. Check your credit bills carefully, demand a refund if your not satisfied with your order. You can always contest your payment to your credit card company. They probably make their money off those people that just don't complain and write it off as a loss.

I wish there was a zero star review. They send a fake tracking number, pretending to come from Europe. Then the “package” pops up in random places until it disappears. It’s been a month and a half.

I should have looked here first. This is a scam. They take your money, they pretend it's from a European country, they even have a fake website to pretend they shipped the item. Then they claim it was sent back after "clearing American Customs" They're scumbag Chinese scambags. They will say something on Trustpilot as though they are going to fix it (so it looks like they care) and then they don't do anything or they offer you a few bucks while keeping the money you paid for NOTHING! These a-holes should be prosecuted and all their dealing blocked!!! Do you hear that FACEBOOK? I've been waiting for 2 months for my item!!!!

My order of an outdoor garden ornament arrived however is not as described in the product description. It's falling apart while assembling. I do not recommend buying from this website.

Do not buy from Bizartre, what a SCAM! I ordered several items from here to the total of $197.36. None of the items are as shown on the Website. The Carved Items are not immaculately Carved as stated or vanished and bright as shown. They were $73.30
I ordered two tiny Walnut with knitted bear and bunny in, one is completely broken so cannot give that as a gift.
But the worst is the Bunnies which show beautiful knitted bunnies on the website, with cute nose and eyes, knitted sweaters etc.
They are HORRIBLE. NO Knitted sweaters, felt glued on eyes and nose no even in right places, cheap and disgusting and I bought 4 all bad another $80 wasted. Also all these items were purchased on March 9th for Easter. They arrived today on May 12th 2025.

This company is a fraud. It is not American as it states in ads but Chinese. What you get is nothing like the advertised pictures and are a very crude cheap copy. I’ve contacted them many times and their response is that I got what I ordered . WRONG!! I was then offered $12US and a second offer of $18 as compensation. Both insulting offers declined.
Facebook needs to ban all advertising by Bizartre.

I only gave it one star because I had to check at least one. This company is fake and scams people out of money. DO NOT ORDER from them ever. They also took more money from my account than what the invoice said. Hopefully PayPal can get my money back.

Absolutely everything about this "company" is fake. The company isn't American or any other country it claims to be, but Chinese. The products presented don't exist, the videos and social media reviews are fake, and there's no after-sales service, because it's a scam. They'll respond with a hypocritical copy-and-paste that must make them laugh. The best example here: the 4- and 5-star reviews are obviously completely fake and written by themselves.
Otherwise : Apparently an A+ member of the BBB. They are nonexistent, but they know no one will check.
