Express means weeks of delay

Express means weeks of delay. Bizay was not reliable for my express order. They are already 5 days late and that means a lot of financial damage plus the hefty express delivery price which is a scam. Customer service says the problem was resolved but they can't say when the delivery date will be. The courrier says the problem is still unresolved...
Keep you posted on whether a lawsuit is needed to get compensation for the damage...

They have changed my original design

I sent my cards in a vector format (.ai) paying the additional fee to professionals thinking that it would be better that way, and when I previewed my design they modified the design without consulting me!! and sent it to be reproduced. I have tried to tell them that it is not just what I wanted, but they argue that it is already in process and that they can't do anything. At least if clients chooses to pay the extra for a professional, you must consider the client's approval before sending to print.
My cards haven't arrived yet, but I'm already disappointed because they have been negligent in trying to give me a solution.

DON’T BUY FROM BIZAY, JUST DON’T!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered some stickers to use in products that I already announced that will be launch these week!! I paid extra money to receive them last week 7th of August! Tell me why is the 7th of August and no signs of the stickers… and I received an email saying that they will arrive on the 16th of August??!!

I went to the website and tried to contact the company, tell me again WHY there’s not a contact number and why do I need to refresh the page more then 10times to submit my question online? Worst experience, and the quality is not even good.

I will not buy from these company anymore!

And I hope I receive a refund at least of the extra money I paid for the delivery.

And you can keep the stickers because is to late to use them

I already sent an email and still waiting for an answer...

It’s sad that I needed to come here and complain about the company so I can be heard. Instead of someone actually answering the email I sent few days ago

It wasn’t resolved, I need a refund of the items I didn’t received
