Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Order went without a hitch however, their delivery is a problem. System wasn't updated with progress. Virtual assistant is abysmal. Finally managed to lodge cards as not received. Surprise surprise local courier service suddenly updated transit and they were "delivered" that day according to the update. Strange to say, the couriers don't deliver on the weekend, so not sure how that was possible! So have not received to date! If I had known they were coming from the far side of the world, I would have ordered locally.

Absolutely impossible to reach
Absolutely impossible to reach. Virtual assistant on website is useless and descriptions unclear and misleading.
*Reply to this review takes me back to the website where there is NO contact information aside from a virtual assistant that doesn't work. Reinforces my review.

Dont waste yuur money or time
Dont waste your money or time. You pay extra for a certain date to be delivered it doesn't turn up. You can't contact them. You contact freight company and they say no its booked to be delivered in another 10 days so all in all they have lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars from me.

I never received my order
I never received my order. Tracking says it never left Portugal due to customs. Have no way of contacting Bizay except through Virtual Assistant, which is no help as it just says refer to the courier company. Absolute rip off if no actual way to contact them about this.
