I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They kept pushing back the shipping date for over a month. I waited over two weeks for the email itself. And I should mention that I sent them a FINISHED design created by a graphic designer. Then, after over a month, they sent me business cards. However, the flyers I also ordered arrived two days later, and luckily the courier had my phone number because they didn't even write my address on the second package... NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely disappointing experience with Bizay.
I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date of 08/05, yet the parcel was only delivered on 14/05, six days late. The tracking link remained frozen and completely uninformative until 13/05, the day before delivery, showing illogical routing and providing no visibility on the status of my order.
I opened a support case and received nothing but generic, scripted replies that did not address my questions or provide any real information. I never received any explanation for the delay, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no compensation despite paying specifically for a fixed delivery date.
To make matters worse, the “formal complaint” email address they provided was no longer active, and my support case was automatically closed without resolution. All interactions felt automated, and I am not convinced that any human ever reviewed my situation.
If you need reliable delivery or real customer service, I strongly recommend choosing another company. Bizay has shown no transparency, no accountability, and no professionalism.

Terrible service
They never reached out, no email sent and bags arrived wrong. This was so easy to fix with simple communication. Now, wrong printing on bags and no recourse. They changed their response to make it look like they are doing something when they did nothing. My Review stays, I never give bad reviews but this was just so bad I had to.
Had difficulty with the system to design bags. It didn't allow for editing on the reverse side of the bags yet they said it was an error. It also loaded the images incorrectly. I tried a way to contact them but there is no contact availability anywhere, not even an email. And now I see my order is gone to publication and I can see it is not right. This has been a terrible experience, frustrating and highly annoying. I would not recommend them or have anything to with them again. I know the order will arrive incorrect and will have no comeback whatsoever. Steer far clear from them.
