This is an appalling company.

I ordered simple business cards in good time, for the second time. When they arrived, they were incorrectly cut. When I complained, they wanted multiple examples, even though I told them that the whole batch was crap.

They made no attempt to remedy the situation. They couldn’t give a $h1t. I told them I was leaving on a business trip to Canada on 7th June: they said, without any decent apology, that I would receive a new batch 17th June.

Then, when I told them just to refund me, they gave me the ‘chance’ to use a credit!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly bad, arrogant company.

Big shout out to Vistaprint, who saved my situation. That’s a professional company. Bizay is not.

I paid for extra fast shipment. A day before the expected date I received a mailt hat my file had errors and thus a delay. I tripple checked my file, there was nothing wrong at all. It was just an excuse for the delay I am sure. My previous order was done the exact same way and there was no issue at all. Now my cards are arriving too late and I lost money on fast shipment which I did not get.

1. Pretty bad customer service. Didnt answer questions and shipped before they properly replies.
2. Worst flyers ever. Thin, colour differences and not sharp.
3. Delivery was fast but costly.
4. Business cards are not sharp. Especially black on white.

I will not even try to get my money back but these go straight into the bin.

Unfair marketting. It was advertised to cost like 20 euro, i spent quite aome time edditing the pictures and reuploading. After that all the bs extra added costs came. You name it, they charge it. Ended up being twice the price that was advertised. I had allready spend so much time that i conceded and orderd. But 0/10 would not recommend

As someone who rarely writes reviews, I feel compelled to warn others about this company. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

They never provided updates on my order status. When I inquired, they mentioned a delay but offered no specific details on when my order would be shipped. As time passed, I received no further information, and when I cited my rights to cancel and receive a refund under EU law, they took forever to respond. Then, they repeatedly tried to pressure me into accepting a gift card instead of a refund, sending countless emails.

Now, they are claiming that my case is with their finance team, but I highly doubt I'll ever see my refund. This feels like a classic dropshipping scam.

I don't understand how there are positive reviews as most negative reviews, like mine, describe the exact same experience. And I’ve noticed that their typical response is "your order can’t be found," which is clearly just a way to avoid responsibility. It’s obvious that my order was never processed, never shipped, and most importantly, never refunded.

Save your time and money—order from a reliable source elsewhere.
