Easy not complicated

I am very disappointed with my experience with this credit provider.

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency regarding the charges. It was not clearly explained during the sales process that a £100 monthly fee could apply if the facility was not utilised. I cannot comment on whether this charge also applies when the facility is used, but the key issue for me is that this cost was not communicated clearly from the outset.

My concern is not simply the charge itself. Businesses are entitled to structure their pricing as they see fit. What matters is that customers are given a clear and complete explanation of all fees, charges, and terms before making a decision. Had this been explained properly, I would have been able to assess the product on its true cost and make a fully informed choice.

In addition, the total cost quoted was £3,335 for borrowing £10,000 over a period of seven months, which I considered significant once all charges were taken into account.

Trust and transparency are fundamental in any business relationship. In my view, it is always better to communicate charges openly and honestly rather than leaving customers to discover important costs later.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been one of the most disappointing credit arrangements I have encountered. I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication and greater transparency for future customers.

When ever I need fund I get help from bizcap

The approval process is quick and transparent and they fill a purpose for desperate businesses but be aware that what you are getting is super, super expensive money and harsh, harsh onerous repayment conditions that will strangle the life out of your business to the point of almost sending you broke and if things change there is no flexibility or support from Bizcap to alter repayment conditions.

If I had to put my opinion of Bizcap in simple terms it would be, that they are predatory, they prey on struggling businesses, this is an awful company that at its core is just evil, pure evil. If you go ahead be aware that once you have had a Bizcap loan you will find it much harder getting finance from other more reputable lenders should you need it at a later point. Having had a Bizcap loan on your credit file is like having a stink on you that doesn't wash off because a Bizcap loan becomes a massive red flag to other lenders.

I 100% acknowledge that Bizcap fill a purpose for cash challenged businesses but only if you are totally desperate and even then please rethink it because the repayment terms will end up making your life worse rather than easier or better. When I signed up I went in with my eyes wide open and they hid nothing from me so I knew what I was getting into so there is no one to blame but me. However, for me living with a Bizcap loan for the last 6 months has made my life an absolute living hell to the point of needing medical help to get through it.
