NewCo had answers
MCAs are very expensive and most companies are scum. Well, may be not the companies but the brokers.
NewCo was the first MCA that I took. ARI took the time to explain and answer every question I had. He was the only one that did so. This gave me the confidence to take the risk. NewCo completed the deal on time as they said. ARI did his job. Will use them again with out any hesitation
