got 4Mbps by subscribing to 200Mbps
subscribed to 200Mbps, and constantly having to remind them that I only got 2-4Mbps. Talking to customer service is non-existential as you're talking to robot who keep informing your subscription is indeed 200Mbps

Day 1 Wifi down , contact hotline but no one replied
Day 2 still down , contacted hotline and was told they getting technician asap . After Lunch time still waiting and until I yelled , they started to move.
The worst company. I have been with Biznet for 15 years and the customer care has gotten worse and worse. I had 3 months of hell trying to fix 3 internet places. Now another 3 months to try to cancel my account despite multiple emails and phone calls.
THE WORST!!! Do not take Biznet in Bali anymore.
Biznet Home: A User's Perspective
Pros:
- Transparency: Compared to some competitors, Biznet is upfront about their FUP limitations. No hidden "unlimited" claims here like IndiHome, which I appreciate.
- Higher FUP limit: Compared to other providers like IndiHome, Biznet's FUP limit starts higher, giving you more wiggle room before experiencing throttled speeds.
- Stable connection: During non-peak hours, the internet connection is usually reliable and stable, allowing for smooth streaming and browsing.
Cons:
- FUP, after all: Despite the higher limit, hitting the cap still results in a significant speed drop, making heavy internet usage frustrating.
- Drastic speed drop after reaching the FUP limit: Seriously, the speed drops from, like, 250 Mbps to a measly 25 Mbps. That's a TENFOLD slowdown! Even basic browsing becomes a chore with lot of active devices. Come on, Biznet, couldn't you at least throttle it down to, like, 50% instead of 90%? At least then we wouldn't feel like we're stuck in internet molasses.
- Price vs. Value: With competitors offering similar without FUP limitations at lower price points, the value proposition of Biznet weakens.
Overall:
Biznet Home offers a somewhat transparent and initially faster experience compared to some competitors. However, the introduction of FUP and the resulting speed drops, coupled with the pricing, leave me questioning whether it's still the best option for my needs.
Additional Notes:
- This review reflects my personal experience and may not represent everyone's perspective.
- It's important to consider your individual internet usage habits and budget when choosing a provider.
- It's always recommended to check with different providers and compare their plans before making a decision.
