Misleading Process and No Transparency – Disappointing Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Bizsharp IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. Initially, they shared a demo that made the data entry work appear challenging but achievable. Based on that, I proceeded with the project and paid a security deposit.
However, after the payment, the instructions were completely different from the demo – they were far more complicated and unrealistic to complete within the given timeframe. Despite this, I managed to complete part of the work and submitted it.
Unfortunately, my submission was rejected without any clear explanation. When I requested access to error reports or login credentials to verify their claims, my access was blocked. I was not given any opportunity to review the mistakes they pointed out. I also asked for client references or any kind of proof that previous clients were paid – but received no response or evidence.
The whole process lacked transparency and felt unfair. I would advise others to thoroughly verify everything before making any payments or commitments.
