Bought a pram. Great product can’t fault it so far

First of all i just want to say I Absolutely love our stroller it folds down so tiny! My 1 year old fits in it comfortabley with plenty of growing room and we had no issues taking it as cabin baggage on a Tui flight!

A few days into our holiday the clips for the t bar snapped and the adjustment straps that lay the stroller back started to come loose and expose a quite small sharp screw (which obviously no one wants by a baby) I contacted customer service who apologised, asked for photos and quickly arranged a new frame to be sent out a couple of days later problem solved! (I HOPE)

However I had asked for the frame to be sent to a different address from the original order as ours is hard to find and we were away and this was not followed at all despite being told it wasnt a problem, I was then unable to change the address with the courier and told to contact the company and on doing so recieved no response leading to multiple failed delivery attempts and having to contact the courier multiple times to try rectify the issue before the frame could eventually be delivered

I had a call with Cathy regarding my buggy I have and the customer I received was second to none she was absolutely amazing and she had a new buggy sent out to me on Friday and I received it this morning absolutely amazing business to deal with and very affected customer services and everything was just so easy thank you Cathy.

Now im someone who likes changing bags and hunts for the perfect one but can never find one.. until i came across Bizzi Growin theyre changing bags are perfect specially the one i purchased.
It has so much room in it for everything, the colours are beautiful and the lining inside is stunning.
Honestly 10/10 highly recommend.
Also love how you can wear it as a backpack or on the shoulder, also comes with a matching changing mat

I absolutely love it. my boy is comfortable with it. He can even have his nap on it without any problem because of the reclining seat. Been using it for more than 6 months now and never regret buying it. it's worth every penny. it is so light and the size is very small like it can easily fit to my small boot. highly recommended. If I could only give 10 stars I would.

Edit: The company have been extremely quick to respond to the issue I have had, they are sending out a replacement pushchair and have arranged for the return of the faulty one to allow for testing to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

I have had our Bizzi Growin compact stroller for 2 months and have been very pleased with it. It does what it says and our one year old loves it. Until yesterday… my partner was pushing our toddler and tilted the buggy back very slightly to get it over a very small kerb, when the whole buggy started to collapse folding our toddler into the buggy. Thank goodness both of us were there as he had to hold it open while I wrangled him out of the push chair. If I had been on my own this would have been a really nasty incident. It has left me very worried about using this pushchair - a nightmare as we are just about to go on holiday, which is what we bought it for. But I can’t risk this happening again.

Excellent pushchair at 1st glance - haven't used yet as bought to take abroad so will update review with new one in 6 weeks once used item more BUT tested in house / garden- baby seems to love it - folds to an amazingly small size and will be perfect for my tiny car and holidays I go on holiday a lot.

Brilliant stroller and a lovely company. I really like how the online shop is set out and how visual it is. Our order came within 2 days which was brilliant. The stroller is exactly what we wanted. Our son is 22 months old so didn’t want to lug about a big pushchair especially as we have a couple of flights coming up. Most importantly he hated his other pushchair and he can’t wait to get in this one! Would 100% recommend!

I was really struggling to find a pram that mimicked my sons trike and also folded up very small and was cabin friendly. The narnia stroller did not disappoint. The seat is as close to a 90 degree angle as you can get, which my son really loves. This, along with the handle bar, really makes my son feel like he's on his trike and in the driving seat. To top it off, it can fully recline, fold up super tiny and has the most adorable pattern. It's been a total life saver and our best buy of the year. Really couldn't recommend this travel pram enough!

I love our new Bizzi Buggi Lite. It is stylish, lightweight and very easy to maneuver. I also loved that Bizzi Growin surprised me with a free changing bag that matches well with our new pushchair.

The beautiful details caught my eyes. Lovely colours everyone compliments fabrics on point & quality.
Sleeping bag so cute with with little frills sleeves the blanket she can grow with . I purchased the Pippa Parrot set.

Cheapest place to purchase this item, as it offered a discount. Communication was good. Arrived quite quickly with regular updates. Item in perfect working condition and my little one loves it.

Really good customer service and fast response. Quick delivery and the product is ideal for travel. It’s lightweight and very compact but doesn’t compromise on quality and comfort for your little one.
