Never had dealings with this company before but this was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish!! The plushest reception area I've ever been in and received service immediately. No sooner had I taken a seat, than I was told the replacement handle fitment I required was in stock and just being processed. Within 3 minutes I had the parts I required and was informed exactly how to fit them. The 'icing on the cake' was there was no charge (the broken handle was 8 years old!!). Wonderful experience throughout and after thanking them for the way they had handled my enquiry/situation, I left the premises feeling 10 feet tall, having been treated in a manner I have not experienced for many years. Congratulations BJH, I would have no hesitation in returning to you in the future, whatever my relevant needs are.

We had a warm roof installed as well as patio doors, windows and a front door. Absolutely love the new space in my conservatory and we most like the fact that we have been able to use the conservatory in this spell of hot weather, roll on winter! The whole process from start to finish was excellent and the communication from the office staff and the fitters made the whole experience a positive one indeed.

Hi there, sorry can't remember the name of the person who came out and measured and gave us ideas to what would be better for us so happy that we did. The were very pofessional and and polite very helpful, the two young lads Ryan and aiden done an amazing job worked very hard and cleaned up after themselfs polite and friendly we love our Georgian windows seven in all and new front door. Would highly recommend bjh windows.

After receiving a quote from another company and being asked to choose windows from a brochure, we decided to try and find a showroom to explore other options and found BJH - I’m so glad we did!
We were able to see and choose our windows with Oscar, who also came out on the day and gave us a quote.
Measuring by Oscar and his father was perfect and the fitting team amazing with the rooms being left really clean and tidy at the end of each day.
We had a new porch and door, 2 Bays and 6 windows fitted and are thrilled with the result.
We would unhesitatingly recommend BJH to anyone thinking of new windows etc and suggest a visit to their showroom.

We are very happy with the whole process of buying new French doors and a window from BJH. We researched BJH and other companies online before asking them for a quote. Our experience was the same as many others - they are professional and friendly. No pushiness by salesman, owner Alan listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. Once we accepted quote everything went smoothly. Three friendly fitters turned up today, on time, worked non stop and left no mess. very pleased with the whole team and would recommend to others.

The company were professional, helpful and kept us informed at every stage. We had an issue with a window that they noticed and they were very quick to sort out. Highly recommend.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced 6 years ago. I didn't realise it was quite such a long time ago when I phoned to say that one of our kitchen window handles had broken, but when I spoke to Oscar, he was brilliant. He said he would send someone out to look at it, which he did a few days later. Within 5 minutes the handle had been replaced, and it was all left working properly. The service we have received from day one has been fantastic. I would recommend BJH to anyone, and everyone.

We recently had a replacement double glazed, extra large front window fitted by BJH. From our first visit to the showroom to the completion of the job, the whole experience was excellent. The guys worked very hard and did a very thorough and tidy job and the end result was immaculate.

We are extremely pleased with our new conservatory (with interior pelmet). The overall experience from the day that Richard came out to survey for a quote to installation quality of work by Luke and the team was excellent, I did not appreciate how complex the job was. The team made absolutely no mess, turned up when they said they would and we would gladly recommend BJH, as we appreciate this is a big investment, and it needs to be done right. Thanks BJH.

BJH were recommended by friends who’d used them. Fitters were bang on time, very polite and professional and did the agreed work quickly and with the minimum fuss. They left the house as neat and tidy as they found it. Really pleased with the work and highly recommend

This company were excellent. The guys who came and carried out the work were friendly and respectful of the property. The standard of work was top quality and I would definitely recommend them.
