SCAM ALERT: BK8 Malaysia steals funds and uses fake verification excuses!
I am writing this to warn everyone about BK8. This platform is a total scam. After making two deposits and one successful withdrawal, they blocked my account with a $380 balance remaining.
Their "verification process" via Sumsub is a trap. They manually sent a link with only ONE attempt allowed. Despite providing a photo of my ID, a selfie with the ID, and a video verification, they kept moving the goalposts. I later passed Sumsub verification independently without any issues, proving my documents were valid and the problem was their restrictive "one-attempt" setup.
The most ridiculous part is their changing excuses. First, they claimed they couldn't identify me. Then they switched the reason to "bonus abuse." Finally, they accused me of "match-fixing." I was placing $50 bets—who fixes matches for $50? It’s a pathetic excuse to confiscate player funds.
The support is a total disaster. They ignore my messages and explicitly refused to provide an official response via email regarding the reason for my block. They literally told me, "We will not send you an email." This is a clear attempt to avoid leaving a paper trail for the licensing authorities.
I will not let this go. I am officially filing complaints with:
Casinomeister and Bitcointalk (to expose them to the gambling community).
Their Licensing Authority.
Every single company and sports club they sponsor, notifying them that they are partnered with a fraudulent entity.
