I deposited $200, turned it into $550 via sports betting, then had my account closed.

After I requested a withdrawal, BK8 suddenly locked my account and later informed me that my entire balance and deposit were confiscated without any clear reason or evidence.

I did not violate any rules intentionally — I was simply betting normally.
When I asked for details, support only repeated that my funds were confiscated and refused to provide proof.

This is extremely unfair and unprofessional. I have already filed a formal complaint via Casino Guru and will continue until I receive my rightful funds back. Players, please be very careful — BK8 can close your account and take your money without explanation.

Update my 15.11.25: BK8 replied to me saying that “CasinoGuru confirmed that the casino acted correctly”, but this is not accurate.
CasinoGuru declined my complaint only because sports betting issues are outside their jurisdiction, so they could not investigate my case at all. They never confirmed that BK8 was right or wrong.

My account was closed during the withdrawal process and my $300 deposit was never returned.
I opened a complaint on AskGamblers, but BK8 did not respond within the required timeframe and the case was automatically closed as Unresolved. This means no investigation was provided from the casino’s side.
