AMAZING customer service!

AMAZING customer service!! I've had a Nikki brush for almost a year. I noticed a crack in the barrel, sent a pic of the crack with a copy of my order and they sent me a new one immediately with no hesitation! I was not expecting that at all and am so appreciative of their custom service. I will definitely continue buying from BK!

Great Products and Superb Customer Service

I recently received an email offering 50 percent off BK Beauty brushes, which is a rare and generous promotion. It was in celebration of International Women's Day and Lisa’s appearance on Good Morning America. The sale was only valid for eight hours, and the link in the email did not direct me to their usual website, which made me a bit concerned. I contacted customer service over the weekend, and by Monday, they responded with a clear explanation. They also let me know they would still honor the discount because I had reached out.

I placed my order and received a refund as promised to honor the sale price. This was so impressive. My brushes arrived in less than a week and they are absolutely beautiful. They are well made, soft, and make a real difference in how my makeup looks. I am very impressed with both the quality of the brushes and the outstanding customer service. And, by the way, they also did a charitable donation for my purchase.

In a world where kindness and courtesy seem to have become rare, it was refreshing to be treated with so much care and respect. Thank you!

Standup Brush Holder & Travel Makeup Bag
Quantity: 1
To my horror when I opened the box only thr small travel bag was enclosed and standup brush holder missing. Absolute false advertising to extortionate money from customers. I have emailed the company to either refund my money or send me the missing item.

Poor customer service hurts your potential growth

I have spent a significant amount of money on expensive, nice quality, skincare brushes. I have never asked for a refund or exchange for my brushes. I emailed them twice telling them that the hairs on my brush had separated and that the handle of this brush also came detached. They responded back to one of the emails asking for pictures of the brush. I sent three pictures. I never heard back from them. I resent the email. No response. When you spend your hard-earned money on an expensive product, you expect at least average customer service. There is competition on good skincare brushes. It is important to work at maintaining your edge. I know. I am a business owner of 25 years and realize return clients and customer reviews are crucial to building your business.
