Real estate photography gigs for steady income

I have been getting photography assignments in Berlin from Backbone for real estate photography and virtual tours. I really like the concept as editing is taken care of by them and it provided me with a recurring income for the past 3 years now. Even though hourly rate is not particularly high, it provides secure revenue stream on top of more sporadic and better paid clients I serve directly. I take on 3-5 assignments per week (1 full workday per week) and make 1-2k€ /month. Definitely recommend it!
