Horrible after service experience. Scam

I bought a cargo bike here and after 1 year the battery stopped working. As it was in warranty I took it back and It took 6 months to get another faulty battery. This man try to give me first an old battery with scratches on it and didnt even match the charger so I didnt accept it( at this point he was screaming at me in front on my kid saying the battery was fine and he didnt have another) The brand of the bike ( Cangoo base in Holand) told me that he need it to send the battery to them and then they will send another one or fix the broken one. BK cykler never send the battery to the bike manufacture . The 2 nd battery he gave me also fail after 3 months.
This man is extremely rude he shout at me several times and he was absolutely useless. It took so many emails,phone calls and just a horrible experience.Do not let this guy scam you. Will never consider to buy in the shop again.
