I rented a motorcycle in December 2024 from Bkkbike.com. However, I found the bike too small for me, so I requested a larger one. Although Bkkbike didn’t have a bigger bike available at the time, they went out of their way to order and purchase a brand-new 350cc bike specifically for me, since I was renting for two months.

The customer service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable for Thailand. They delivered the bike to my accommodation and picked it up when I left. This was by far the easiest and probably the best bike rental experience I’ve ever had in Thailand.

We booked scooters from BKK after searching for good reviews online. There are so many rentals in Bangkok mostly with good and bad reviews. After some research I found BKK Bike who had all 5 star reviews. This can sometimes be a red flag for false reviews but after booking with no fee and contacting the owner my mind was put at ease.

We arrived in Bangkok 2 months later to find what looked like brand new machines waiting for us. 4 x ADV 160 and 1 x ADV 350. Amazing! All bikes came with food quality phone mounts and 4 new top boxes. The check in and deposit was quick and proffesional. We had cold water and turkish delight as we waited. As seasoned riders, we had brought our own safety gear and helmets but the quality of what was on offer was superb.

We hired these machines for 14 days and we put them to work. 2400 kms from bangkok to southern thailand and back. The machines did not miss a beat. Zero problems.

I don't think you will dind a better company or better experience anywhere in thailand.

I am sorry to say that one of our riders had a small collision with damge to the front of the scooter. BKK were very professional and very fair with the damage cost for repair.

I know I speak for my group of 5 riders when i say we would all recommend BKK 100%. The best!

We will rent again for our trip to chang mai in august.
