Absolutely delighted with our new gates and fencing installed today. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and they’ve completely transformed the front of the house. The installation team were professional, tidy, and worked to a very high standard from start to finish. Everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. Couldn’t be happier with the finished result — highly recommend!

B&K Timber made some new driveway gates for a rental property I have in Wilmslow. I went for hardwood for the longevity. We corresponded by email and I sent photos of the current gates. We then discussed the wood to be used, the style and the final colour. B&K went the first week and cemented in new posts. They attended the week after and installed the gates. They have done a really good job. The gates look really well made. And the installation and fitting is spot on. Highly recommend!

Have used this company a couple of times for new fencing and we couldn't fault the service we had. Quoted quickly, turned up when they said they would and we're very happy with the work carried out.
Would recommend.

BK Timber,did an excellent job of installing a perimeter fence, and double wooden gates to my property, the works were carried out too a high standard both diligently with professionalism one would expect.

I recently had a fence gate and shed installation completed by BK timber the whole process was seamless.
Karl came and measured up gave me a very competitive price I agreed on the price and we arrange a date.
The installation team were on time did an excellent job tidied up and made sure I was happy with the job.
I had a slight issue with the gate I phoned Karl and he came over straight away and sorted it.

Had full 9 panel 6ft fence and gate fitted by Carl and his team ...old posts remove and replaced complete with gravel boards ...they were very conscientious and tidy removing all old fence and rubble... great job lads ... I would highly recommend

Just had new gates fitted at the front of my house by B&K. Absolutely perfect. Exactly what I asked for and delivered and fitted on the day promised. The lads who did the job were totally professional and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to Carl and his team for a job well done.

If you are looking for exception prestige gates i would 100% recommend.

Wouldn’t use them, terrible service when gates that were fitted were faulty and they were expensive, they didn’t want to know passing the blame.

The comments by them are untrue, it is a 13ft opening, but two 6ft 6in gates, supported on 150mm (6in sq) posts, 600mm into the ground. They are still plumb and rigid. Whilst the owner was away one of the gates had dropped slightly, a fitter came out and said it was to be expected due to settlement and refixed the hinge, very nice chap. When the second gate dropped and we reported it, but the owner came back all sorts of excuses about it being our fault

Terrible customer service.

Avoid this company, nice and pleasant when getting your order and money, but as soon as there's a problem, nasty and aggressive, and blames you for the problem, nothing to do with his products or workmanship.
You have been out at least 8 times to rectify the problem and couldn't, even the workmen didn't know how to solve the problem, but you expected me to pay even more money to try and put it right. I wasn't trying to get something for nothing just wanted what I paid fro to be functional and do what it's was suppose to do open and close, and how the wind could break a concrete Post, when the gates were closed, your guys had only been out 2 weeks prior.

B & K Timber have created an amazing lean to gazebo for us to enjoy our hot tub and garden furniture under cover and away from rain! Carl is really approachable and listened to every requirement we discussed. His team have done a sterling job! Highly recommend.
