The bus was delayed
The bus was delayed 25 minutes without any notice, which makes us late for our next train. The air conditioner was freezing even though its 7 degree outside. Estimated traveling time is 9h45 while in reality its 10h15 (not counting the delay). Next time stop chatting every bus stops

I must get lower amount of stars because:
About BUS travel, there is unclear conditions. If You want cancel your trip you dont know if they give me my money back, or only voucher for further trips. Nobody knows and their web is silent about it.
Update: In case You want to cancel your trip, You will get only voucher for another trip. One year valid.
About internet on board. Also not clear. By them, it depends on bus type You travel. :(

We were supposed to leave at 1:50 p.m
We were supposed to leave at 1:50 p.m. on the BlablaCar bus to Paris.
We were advised to arrive at least 20 minutes early.
And then the long wait in the cold began.
At first, we were told the bus was running 10 minutes late. You figure that’s manageable. But every time you tried to “track” the bus, more delay time was added.
The end result after two hours of waiting was that the bus had been canceled and we’d been rebooked onto the 3:45 p.m. bus.
Coincidentally, we all still fit on that one.
But I think (or actually know for sure) that this wasn’t a coincidence. Not enough bookings, so they combined two buses and kept us placated with all sorts of nonsense, which meant we had to wait over two hours.
no excuses..............nothing.

Do not use blablacar, they blatantly lie to you when they should know the truth. Cars that were paid do not show up. And they do not refund you. They are criminals and thieves do not trust at all, this is the second time I've been scammed here in Spain from Blablacar. Do not use.

There was confusion about locations because the app seems to decide, for the driver, where the meeting point should be. As a first-time-user I didn’t know to double-check directly with the driver; as a result one driver cancelled on me and the other ended up driving for miles to pick me up, which was incredibly nice of her. In future I will know to check and check again.
