I've previously purchased a jacket from this company and I can recommend them for the good quality and decent prices.

Recently, I requested a custom jacket. "Lisa Amber" reacted to my e-mail and asked for more details. When I gave the details, they didn't respond again. After a week I asked for an update and never got any.

Bottom line, if you don't want the commission, it's only fair that you let your customer know. If you can't properly deal with special requests, you're an amateur in my books.

I ordered a Star-Lord trench coat from them. It took a surprisingly short time to arrive. The item itself was high quality and very detailed. I was impressed by the look and feel. I had a slight issue with some coloring on the coat but Customer Service was quick to respond and was very understanding. I would recommend this jacket and this company to anyone looking to cosplay Star-Lord.

I really liked the jacket. I am a fan of Robert Pattinson. There were plenty of pockets. I received the jacket in a timely manners. The jacket fit but it was a close fit.

I bought the "Avengers Endgame Ronin Hoodie", this jacket was great, just as it was discribe or shown in the photos. The only thing that was a hassle was getting the tracking information sooner, by the time I got my tracking details, it was already a day from arriving at my house. Solid jacket tho, I wish I knew my custom measurements so it would have fit a bit more snug on me but I still believe it's a great product none the less.

Excellent quality leather and workmanship. Customer service was very good. Shipping was international so it takes a little extra time. I got a café racer, which tends to be a slim fit, and had to go up one size. They also will fill custom measurements at no extra charge, and I would recommend that if you're in the large or extra large category. Overall, a much more customer oriented business than other leather jacket sellers.

I appreciate the response but it’s taking a long time for my jacket to come plus I email them they said it shipped out but I don’t have no tracking number that’s what I don’t understand I was hoping I get it by Halloween but I guess not 😩

They responded firmly to my sudden request and their packing and delivery were polite and very good. I want to use this service if I have the opportunity.
