This was my 1st time using Black & White and what a joy - seemless customer service from the get go and great to deal with my old friend Mike. A big thank you to Crystal for going above & beyond even when the delays sat with the clients legal representation.

B&W Bridging provided a bridging loan for one of my clients who was in a scenario where there was a couple of hurdles where each on their own would minimise available lenders, but put them together and there wasn't many options at all. B&W Bridging were one of those lenders. Not only were they straight forward and easy to deal with, they were well priced considering the complexities of the deal.

Black & White took control of a difficult situation did not give up over came any hurdles to a positive outcome for the client.

I have worked with them a number of times now and always great service and dedication to get the deal done.

Worked with the team on a bridging loan where they stepped in after another lender let us down. They were flexible and took a commercial view and a regular flow of communication all round meant we got this deal drawn as quickly as possible and met the clients needs on this refinance.

B&W offers competitive rates and LTV ratios, and the process is fairly straightforward if you ensure all requirements are clear from the start. However, be sure to specify your completion deadline, as delays can occur if it's not highlighted.
One thing to watch out for is their 180-day valuation, which may not always align with the current market value.
Overall, a solid lender with good terms, but attention to detail is key.

Timescales were tight for completing a purchase for client who had committed to buy at auction after been delayed by slow replies and updates with a different lender. Approached Black & White as a local to both broker and property , terms issued and agreed with completion as expected, total time turnaround c 14 days!

B&W bridging offered really good communication from the outset, approved a development finance where other lenders had turned down at competitive rates.

Good lender, flexible when issues came up, did everything they could to make sure the loan went through. Offer sensible rates and do bridging loans that other lenders reject, as well as all the standard bridging loans.
