The course was as described and the trainer was helpful and knowledgeable. The content sparked a lot of debate amongst the group and the trainer allowed time for the conversations and helped us relate teh topics to our needs

We would recommend Blackbird Corporate to anyone wanting to learn more about Microsoft products. The sessions were well organised, excellent communication from Blackbird beforehand, who had a good understanding of our objectives. Our trainer, Scott was excellent - passionate about his subject, knowledgeable and friendly.

Our employee attended a 5 day course and was very positive about the learning experience.

The 5 day course was a good mix of learning the theory and putting into practice what we'd learned. Each day was re-capped the following morning which helped to cement knowledge. Building SharePoint sites for real was a great way of applying what we'd learned. The way the course is structured allows knowledge to be built upon day by day so that delegates have the confidence to build sites when they leave the training environment

The trainer adapted the course to meet the delegates specific needs making it relevant to their particular roles and covering a huge range of topics. An excellent session!

Lisa was great delivering the training in a clear, understandable manner. She was very enthusiastic and kept us all engaged, making it much easier to take in. Would definitely recommend Blackbird Corporate, and we will be using their services again in the future

The communication from Blackbird before the course started was fantastic, I knew exactly what to expect and availability. On top of this, the course itself was very thorough and the trainer was superb. Really took the time to understand my levels of knowledge and ran through the course as my pace - as well as making it fun. Would definitely use again.

This was a very technical course to deliver by the instructor and to make sure that all participants have understood each step is quite a skill. Plenty of leading questions and examples to make participants learn better and to interact individually and as a group.

Really helpful training, we thought we knew what Sharepoint was all about and, within minutes from the start, Lisa just opened our eyes to a new Microsoft planet! Plenty of useful tips and info. We now know more than our IT team, I'm sure!

Energetic, fun, knowledgeable, patient: Lisa is a fantastic trainer.

Only downside, we now want to do all the other courses Lisa is teaching...

I thought the Power Bi Training delivery by Scott was excellent. He had a great way of understanding where everyone was at with their knowledge levels and kept everyone engaged with a very animated style of delivery. This guy really knows his stuff. If he felt someone hadn't quite understood, he wouldn't continue and made time for everyone individually. The course itself suited my skill level perfectly.

The trainer was particularly good in delivering the course. Very engaging and got the relevant information across to the attendees. Unlike other companies where they just followed a script covering topics that may not be of use. The trainer was flexible enough to focus on areas we needed to know more about and not insist on going into depth on others.

The course overall was exactly the content we needed - an explanation of the software, how it should be used and enough to get us started to progress the work required. At the time we were in a state of being unsure on if we were doing things correctly and how to use the tools we were given. Our confidence level was much higher after attending the course.

I would definitely recommend Blackbird for the areas they are specialist in training.

The training had the right content for all levels to pick up and understand. The tutor was clear in explaining each of the modules and spent time on those who required extra help, any queries or questions were resolved on the day.
