Fantastic customer service! I ordered a towel and two swim pieces from Blackbough, all were great quality, the designs were exactly as expected and arrived within days of ordering. Unfortunately the swim top was slightly too tight around the banding so I emailed for some help with the return process. I received a prompt and helpful response and it was such an easy process, I was sent a code for store credit while also being able to keep the original item which I appreciate so much as it can be so hard to find the time (and effort) to actually return items! Absolutely will be recommending Blackbough to my friends and anyone looking for swimwear. Great range, lovely quality and will definitely become a return customer with this positive experience. :)

Not transparent about insane import charges you will be fines for months after placing your order

I’ve been ordering swimsuits from
Blackbough for like 4 years now and I just love everything about their suits. There was an issue with something i ordered (lack of inventory) and i emailed them once i realized my order hadn’t shipped yet. they responded timely and made the entire process SO smooth. customer service team is amazing! we exchanged a few emails, they replaced the item and shipped it out all within a couple days. can’t wait for my suits to come in the mail!! :)

1000% recommend this brand. Absolutely amazing customer service. I had a small sizing issue with my order, they answered within hours and were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a solution immediately, with no struggle. I was super happy and it made me feel very comfortable with their brand because I now know if anything ever happens they will resolve it. I will defiantly be ordering again. I am obsessed with the bikinis. They are so soft, thick, well made, and absolutely adorable. My future wardrobe will be full of blackbough for sure.

I love these bikinis! The fabric is so soft, the print is so cute and I always have people asking where I got my bikinis from when I wear them! I ordered a size that didn't end up fitting me and customer service was kind, helpful and quick to reply - I was able to order my proper size within a week of me contacting them which pleasantly surprised me. Great bikinis AND great customer service, 10/10!

I have ordered suits from Blackbough for years. They last a long time and the fabric feels strong and comfortable. I was between sizes and ordered too small, when I needed to return it they were very responsive, helpful, and got me taken care of quickly. I was able to order the right size and I'm grateful it was so easy!

I've been ordering from Blackbough for years now and the high quality of their swimsuits has remained consistent. I love the soft fabric they use and the unique and fun prints they have. They are the most comfortable swimsuits! And their customer service is hard to beat, they are responsive and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues.

I love all my Blackbough suits, and have been wearing them for years. I recently made an error while checking out when I purchased two of the same bottoms. I didn’t even notice. Their customer service team caught the duplicate error and sent me an email to confirm and correct the issue. They were fast with communication and helped adjust the order with refund. Blackbough bathing suits are soft, comfortable and lasting, I have bathing suits from 7 years ago that I can still wear today. And the team is amazing, when I accidentally ordered two of the same top, they reached out to me and worked with me to get a refund for the extra top. Highly recommend.

The website is easy to navigate and fun to shop! The items came in relatively quick, and are super well made. I ended up needing customer service to assist with a return and the team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. A nice reminder they care about everyone's experience! I will definitely be shopping here again for my bikinis going forward

Love this company!!! My boyfriend and I love to match our bathing suits and these are such good quality and amazing designs. We always get so many compliments on them. Only thing I would improve is their inventory, some super cute designs I want to get but have been out of stock.
