I honestly love the quality and the fit of the Blackbough bathing suits. I got ones for myself last year but primarily got them for my boyfriend who loves the comfort, patterns, and quick drying of the swim shorts. He usually wears
them while surfing, and finds them to work great for that. What absolutely Blew me away was their customer service. My most recent order was a new pair of shorts for my boyfriend’s birthday that unfortunately got stolen from our mailroom as is shown by the cameras. It was increasingly close to the day of wanting to gift, and I had no shorts. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely prompt, and offered to replace the shorts, something not all companies have. Due to all US orders getting extremely quick shipping, the shorts came in by the end of the week. I can’t recommend this company enough, I will certainly be buying from them in the future.

It is absolutely dishonest and fraudulent to not disclose duties due upon delivery at the time of purchase. I paid an additional $50 when my order was delivered with no warning. Blackbough, DO BETTER.

I ordered a tankini in the wrong size and the help staff at Blackbough made the return process so fast and easy. Then when I went to reorder in the correct size, I messed up and was once again quickly helped to correct my size. 10/10 customer service to help fix my mistakes!!! And not to mention the quality of the products is amazing and worth the price. Love Blackbough!

I purchased a few bikinis from Blackbough not knowing which sizes would suit me best. Unfortunately one was way too big, but the team graciously allowed me to return it in exchange for store credit even though it was marked final sale. Their customer service is excellent and their suits are GORGEOUS, well made, fit true to size. I have gotten so many compliments on the suit I kept and can’t wait to order more. They also ship crazy fast. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This is hands down my favorite bathing suit brand, and is my go-to for swimwear. All of my sets are from Blackbough. I had to return an item which I was unable to do through the website (had to email the company and send pictures), but the process was easy! I loved the bathing suit i kept, the material is so smooth and comfortable.

Customer service is excellent. Blackbough realized I made a mistake in my order. They contacted me to verify my order before shipping it. They ensured my order was corrected, refunded me the difference, and shipped my items right away.
