Very long delivery time and we had to pay the custom duties

I will give you 5* but one item was missing.

1st Class Product, Service and Price.

Superb customer service from Nacho.

I dropped lucky, he had one at the recent Watch It Watch Fair, but if you have to wait the 30 days after ordering, you'll not be disappointed.

I'll be back at some point for the 4 watch travel version.

These Chests are really good

I had a minor issue with the colour of mine
I was sent the wrong insert colour
But I reached out to Black Chest and they resolved the issue as quick as humanly possible

Great customer service
A little expensive
But find me a cheaper better one

A truly excellent watch box, with a delightful closing and opening action on the lid. However, the wait of 33 days was disappointing and, in today's world, rather unacceptable. Unfortunately, the item was only dispatched after I had to follow up several times. While the box itself deserves a 10 out of 10 for its quality, the service experience was less than ideal. That said; again, the product itself is of outstanding quality, and I'm very pleased with it overall, but the service and 33 days wait has forced me to score it 3 stars out of 5.

Easy to place the order. Build quality of the box is great with compartments to fit watches, straps and my tools. Would definitely recommend to others. Very happy with my purchase.

Case is Great but I have a 7 1/2

Blackchest products are simply the best flight cases for transporting my watches. Not only is the product superb quality, beautifully branded and quickly shipped, but the customer services are friendly and professional. I will be coming back for sure!

From the get go, the customer service was great with questions answered swiftly through Instagram. When the product arrived, was straight away impressed with the quality of the product and knew it would certainly protect my watches. I would recommend this, especially if you want to upgrade your watch box!

Delivery updates a bit lacking but once it arrived the quality and finishing is clearly excellent. Very pleased

Great item that will be handy for transporting some of my watch collection when travelling. The case is awesome and the inserts are perfect for my needs. Waiting longer than the 30 day lead time was annoying.

Product was well packed and high quality. Would recommend if you want a nice storage/carry case for your watches, this is a great choice.

Amazing case! They look great online, but even better in person. And the attention to detail is really impressive.

Took a while to be delivered after a delay but the communication was excellent and I was advised the pre order process might change to speed orders up in the future

Absolutely fantastic product

Over all experience was 1st class, yes you have to wait as it’s a pre-order, however, when your case arrives it’s well worth your patience .. it’s excellent in every aspect, from materials, design, fit for purpose, you name it.

Glad I decided to swap out my less protective leather roll for this, everything in the same place instead of scattered throughout the house.
