WE PURCHASED A SOUTH BEND CLUTCH FROM BLACK CLOUD AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLUTCH. I WAS A LITTLE DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME WHEN I CALLED ABOUT SHIPPING TIMES. WE DID HAVE TO RECHEDULE THE JOB EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED THE CLUTCH MORE THEN A WEEK BEFORE THE JOB WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE DONE.

Great customer service!! Gary went out of his way to correct MY mistake he informed me with the exhaust system I was using I would not be happy with the sound in the cab of the truck.. Gary sent me the correct muffler on the spot!!

My son purchased injectors from Black Cloud and needed to cancel the order after finding out they were back ordered and delayed past a truck show that he needed them for. Though we were extremely disappointed at needing to cancel the order, Black Cloud was super helpful, understanding and quite timely at sending our refund.
