Dispatched quickly but the ‘signed for’ system you use is not trackable through the whole journey & there’s no notification of when it will arrive!
However the chocs finally arrived Saturday 30th (ordered 25th) & look fab

Ordered £50 of chocolates and week later not arrived.
they have now refunded but no real apology.

Beautifully made luxury chocolates for a wedding gift. Clayton was also a fantastic help since I stupidly left it to the last minute to order. Incredible service - thank you!

The chocolates look beautiful, glossy and colourful on a device screen. The box eventually arrived. The chocolates looked as though they were left on a radiator before they were sent. You can imagine how they arrived.

Have always heard that the chocolates are wonderful but never had the opportunity to try them myself. Was unable to find a specific delivery date with the purchase which I wanted to give time for making and delivery.

Bought some delicious Black Forest Chocolates chocolate boxes as a treat for work colleagues for easter . Order arrived on time and was a real treat. Would definitely recommend.

The company managed to process my order super quick. I had left a note expressing that I hoped this could be done because of a birthday (without even giving them the "deadline" date) and I don't know if it was this reason or if they are always this lightning fast, but the order went out first thing the next morning and arrived the day after at the b'day girl's door. Really fantastic. The box was beautifully wrapped with a gorgeous red ribbon and the whole thing simply looked stunning! Wonderful experience!

Although I haven't tried the chocolates, the service and presentation have been top notch.
