Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays

The Black Forest cocoa tastes good and there are evidently numerous benefits in taking it. The customer service is sub par and they don't seem to care less about shipping issues. I ordered 2 containers on 9/2. As of 10/8, almost 5 weeks later I still have not received it. When I reached out to the company to make it right they are responding that it's not their fault but provide no resolution and don't seem to care. I will be looking for another brand to replace Black Forest. Their loss because I would have purchased the product regularly.

Amazing products

Amazing products, I love their Cocoa and Turkesterone!!
I had a little delay on the shipping but the customer service help me with it incredibly fast
