They are advertising but not sending out products.

I am far from impressed I ordered nearly a month ago now have emailed three times no reply tried calling you cannot get through now this is ridiculous please do not use this as they have taken my money yet I have not got my product

Placed an order on 5 December, it still has not been dispatched according to the tracking information.

Ordered Sunny Isle Black Castor Oil. Payment was quick and the delivery came the day after that. Very fast. Product was well packaged and very well protected.

Found on Google, first time customer. Amazing service and product selection. Everything was shipped fast and the packaging was amazing - everything wrapped in tissue paper with tops being secured with tape to prevent any possible leakages during shipping. Thank you so much. Will return for sure.

So happy to be able to buy these products and regenerate wealth back into the UK black economy.

Very pleased with the fast delivery, excellent price, relatively low delivery charges, and most of all, the quality of the packaging, which included little extra touches, such as masking tape around the tops of products with the potential to leak.

They will definitely be my go-to suppliers for black hair brands, from this point forward.

Never received my products. But they took my money.

I ordered my item yesterday after the cut off for next day delivery. It came this morning, didn't expect that at all.

My order came fast and I'm really happy with the products!

I ordered products in May payment was taken. Only received 2 of the 3 items. On my invoice it stated 1 of the items out of stock and refund to be issued. No refund received and I have emailed customer service on several occasions and have no response or refund. Very poor service.

Love this company! I'm always happy to support independent retailers, and Black Hair Care UK has such a great range of products for all my hair care needs. Prices are some of the best I've seen, delivery was quick and the products are great. Would definitely recommend!

Delivery came on time, however one item is missing and they have not refunded me for it. Email has been sent and no response has been received.
