Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all client feedback seriously, but we strongly disagree with this characterization of the engagement.
During the campaign, our reporting was pulled directly from the connected ad account data. Within the first two weeks, the campaign reached approximately 1x ROAS, and during the engagement it climbed to approximately 3x ROAS at the ad account level. For a campaign still in its early ramp-up and testing phase, those are strong early indicators and not consistent with the claim that the campaign “never delivered.”
It is also important to understand that platform-reported attribution and third-party attribution tools can produce different numbers. Attribution windows, tracking setup, assisted conversions, customer journeys, checkout behavior, and attribution rules can all affect what each system reports. We were transparent about the data source we used and provided reporting directly from the connected ad account.
The client also ran separate campaigns outside of our management during the same period. Those campaigns were not connected to our reporting environment, were not controlled or optimized by our team, and were not part of the campaign structure we were hired to manage. Because we did not have access to the setup, attribution logic, creative history, audiences, spend levels, or optimization conditions of those separate campaigns, we cannot verify or fairly compare those results against the campaigns we managed.
Throughout the relationship, our team maintained consistent communication, reviewed performance, provided guidance, and gave additional management time at no additional cost. We also spent considerable time explaining that roughly seven weeks is a short evaluation window for paid advertising, especially when campaigns are still gathering data, testing creative, and moving through the optimization process.
When the client requested the return of unspent ad funds, those funds were returned promptly. We did not represent that as a refund of management fees. We simply honored the request and returned the remaining ad budget.
We stand behind the work performed, the communication provided, the transparency of our reporting, and the early campaign performance achieved during a short engagement window. While we respect every client’s right to evaluate results through their preferred attribution method, we do not agree with claims that our team misrepresented performance, failed to manage the account, or lacked transparency.
