DO NOT GET ANYONE AN ECARD THROUGH THIS…

DO NOT GET ANYONE AN ECARD THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! I was given an ecard for Taco Bell. I tried to use it at several Taco Bells, but they had no way to scan the bar code on the gift card. I have since sent almost a dozen emails trying to get a regular gift card. Finally they sent me a link that I could redeem it for some other card. When I tried to change the card and put in the card number and the pin number it said that my pin number was an invalid number. It's the only pin that I had and it came with the card. After all this I am tired of messing with the whole thing. Someone spent $30 on a worthless card that can't be redeemed! I would give it a ZERO rating if I could

Take your money and don't deliver

I purchased a gift card via Tesco, money taken and no email with code, first attempt put to user error, but after 2nd attempt realised it's not the operator!
This is the 3rd time it's happened over a few weeks, won't be using again. Physical card from a local shop from now on.

They take your money but dont deliver your goods

Dear Blackhawk Support,

I am writing to formally raise an issue regarding my recent purchase of a Roblox e-gift card made through the Tesco website on 14.7.25.

I received a payment confirmation and the receipt by email on the 14.7.25, but two days later, I have not received the e-gift card itself. I’ve checked my inbox, spam folder, and account history, and there is no sign of the voucher.

I have already submitted two contact forms and attempted to find support by phone with no success. This delay is unacceptable, especially for a digital product that was advertised as "same day delivery."

Please confirm the status of my order and reissue the voucher or process a full refund, please.

I bought a Tesco Gift Card online

I bought a Tesco Gift Card online. (It seems that this side of Tesco business is operated by Blackhawk Network). The first attempt to but a gift card produced 'transaction failed' so I tried once more (assuming I had mis-typed something) Again the 'transaction failed'. Within moments I had 2 emails - both purchases had gone through. Trying to contact anyone is a totally frustrating experience. Tesco 'helpline' goes around in circles and only offers you should contact Tescogiftcards.com which is clearly BHN (the contact form has BHNtesco*waivpay.com an email address which bounces if sent to). BHN chat function gave me a 'helpline' 03450757757 - which was just to check the balance of my card - they clearly are happy to take your money but there is NO HELP when things go wrong.
