I would give zero or minus - be careful
I would give zero or minus, if it was possible. Unfortunate but true - that it is staff members who build or ruin the reputation of a clinic. This is why my review concerns one particular member of the staff: Dr Dominic Dalby. In October 2025 he did ultrasound for my dog and offered to put her down due to suspected bleeding of a splenic tumour. My dog is still alive and well after I sought 2nd opinion on the very next day. I am wondering if this clinic puts the dogs down based on suspicion of Dr Dalby. If that's not the case, and he was confident, then his clinical skills and knowledge are far below expected standards. Mistakes happen, but this is not some "lungs vs heart" or "chronic vs acute kidneys". Every dog owner knows how serious and life-threatening condition a bleeding splenic tumour is, and that it should be regarded as an emergency. Dr Dalby didn’t even offer to refer us to the hospital (what a reassuring arrogance) , that's how certain he must have been. Well, the 2nd opinion on the very next day confirmed no bleeding. If I trusted Dr Dalby, I would have let him to kill my precious friend. I would recommend every pet owner to avoid consultation with Dr Dalby, if you use this clinic. And/or always seek 2nd opinion. Otherwise you may lose your best friend to nothing.
